Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and are glad to also serve our Corvette Customers overseas, unlike many competitors.


When you place an order in the United States, shipping costs are included.



Most/all of our items have free-shipping to the Continental United States - all other locations will pay actual shipping cost that are usually above and beyond the Continental US Shipping Rate. If you are outside of the Continental US, please email or call us and we will provide a timely and fair shipping cost.

 

OUTSIDE THE USA : We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

BDE Systems will also procure Corvette related items you require from the United States and ship them directly to you - small forwarding/handling fee may apply. 

 

 


Returns Policy

We generally will and are always willing to work with you on refunds, exchanges as we would like to make sure you have what you need.

You may also return an item if we shipped the incorrect product to you - at which point we will refund the new, unused item cost within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

Generally, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. Additional time can be broken out as follows, which can show a worst case scenario or delay scenario: Time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day after receipt of returned item), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order please contact us directly. Some of our items are custom manufactured, painted, polished, powdercoated or modified to meet your original order criteria and therefore, cancellations create an inconvenience for our staff, in addition, packages undergo inspection, packing and shipping which require labor to be performed prior to even shipping product. We charge a 15% restocking or cancellation fee for any product/order placed and subsequently cancelled.
