If you are reading this chances are you don't necessarily like the braking performance of your C4 Corvette or your looking for more of a modern looking brake caliper face with the words CORVETTE on them or perhaps both! Here at BDE-Systems we took a look at the existing market and knew there could be a product designed to fit your needs. The market has a very large aftermarket inventory for braking systems or packages for our C4s; however, those kits cost can be very cost prohibitive with some systems costing upwards of $3,000 - we've all seen C4s for sale in that price range, so perhaps dumping the value of the car into brakes alone isn't the best financial decision. Let alone the recurring cost of custom brake pads from those specialized vendors every time those brakes begin to squeal. We have an option that is financially responsible and that will improve the braking on your C4.

By purchasing our 1988-1996 Corvette C4 Adapter Brackets for C5/C6 Brakes you will be able to mount the included brake kit onto your C4 Corvette. This will improve the stopping of your C4 all while improving the look of those ghastly stock calipers. All the brake parts needed are included and since the kit uses stock Corvette parts they are available at your local parts counter such as AutoZone, O'Reillys, PepBoys etc...unlike some of those custom brake systems we discussed. Some users will want a DRM brake bias spring, just like the aftermarket kits, depends on the brakes/car.

Keep in mind that for the average street Corvette, upgrading to the C5/C6 brakes using the BDE-Systems Brake Adapters is more than enough braking for your C4 and for those occasional weekend warriors:  Worry about your driving skills, not your brakes.

When you place an order OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability and message you with the additional shipping cost.

The free-shipping applies only to the Continental United States customers - all other locations will pay actual shipping cost that are usually above and beyond the Continental US Shipping Rate. If you are outside of the Continental US, please email or call us and we will provide a timely and fair shipping cost.

This item will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving a cleared payment due to size, weight and shipping service pickup needing to be scheduled.

Returns Policy

We generally don't accept returns; however, we are always willing to work it out if you contact us directly. You may return an item if we shipped the incorrect item to you (wrong color or incorrect item) - at which point we will refund the new, unused item cost within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong color or incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within a faster time frame, that is a worst case/special circumstance scenario. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank system to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
